An Orange Ocean
Gab Mejia is a 21-year old mountaineer and a conservationist at the National Youth Council of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).
He grew up in Metro Manila and has since avidly explored some of the most breathtaking and remote destinations on our planet - from Patagonia and the Himalayas to Northern Africa and the Philippines’ own Babuyan Islands.
As an aspiring environmental engineer, Gab uses his passion for photography and storytelling to communicate his advocacy of fighting environmental injustices and protecting nature. He wants to make sure that his adventures don’t become mere words for future generations, but real moments that they themselves can experience.
